A deeper understanding of the underlying components of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
A Deeper understanding of practical applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook, Teams Meetings, and Teams Chat and Loop and Microsoft 365 Chat
A deep understanding of the new ways to complete a task and of practical uses of Copilot for key personas.

Course programme

This module explores the intricacies of Copilot for Microsoft 365, offering insights into its functionality and Microsoft's dedication to implementing AI responsibly and ethically. This examines the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 design, as well as its security and compliance. The workshop also provides an overview of Microsoft 365 apps we use every day — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and more — to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and uplevel skills.
