Course programme
This course equips learners with the expertise to configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, enhancing their organization's sales productivity and efficiency. Participants will learn how to configure core sales features, manage customer relationships, and optimize sales processes. They will also learn how to configure business process flows (BPFs) to streamline sales processes and optimize lead conversion rates.

Candidates should have strong business knowledge of sales processes for business-to-customer and business-to-business scenarios and understand the sales process of the customer as well as the core functionality of Dynamics 365 Sales to identify where the two align and differ.
Prerequisites
Before attending this course, participants should have basic understanding of navigation in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and a working knowledge of the core records that are used in sales scenarios.
